December is mobility month
December is a good month to do some resetting. What I would like to work on is an improvement in your movement. To that end we are working through a series of mobilisations which are designed to get you back moving with more freedom. I am putting up daily workouts on the social wall all through December.
Work through the daily mobilisations each evening.
Stop doing anything that hurts or pinches and report that to your coach.
Those who are working rehab with Justin please check with him before you do any of the mobilisations.
For the rest of us, enjoy the work, I will try to keep it to 10 minutes or less a day.
